email marketing projection: is this realistic?

I’m trying to get some idea of what to expect.
Is CTR based on list size or on opens? (I suspect it’s on opens but just checking)
If my list is 10K, my open rate 30%, my CTR 2%, and my CVR 3% (these are apparently retail industry averages), am I going to get 6 sales or just 1.8?
So I guess my question is: is the equation
1. Sales = list size x CTR x CVR ?
2. Sales = list size x open rate x CTR x CVR?

1 IG + 1 Pinterest account on the same proxy not OK?

I asked a proxy provider if I could use their “Instagram proxies” for a Pinterest account too, but he said that I should use 1 IG proxy per IG account and 1 Pinterest proxy per Pinterest account.
Is this for real? You shouldn’t use “IG proxies” to host a Pinterest account?
Sounds like a way to make you buy more proxies, no?
